    Bad experience. No show on day of scheduled install. Rescheduled appointment did occur, technician arrived on time. Oven did not fit in space even though pre measure did occur. Tech did cut cabinet to make oven fit but did not clean up after himself. Finishing piece was not installed leaving a gap in wall looking uncompleted. My wife had to go out to truck to ask about uninstalled piece—technician stated that he was going throw out it out! Piece was obtained and I installed it. Very unsatisfactory experience as I paid for Beta membership to have installation completed.

    Gas Wall Oven Nightmare!

    6 times rescheduled my instillation of a gas wall oven. No one has tried to call since the last time scheduled for August 12th. ordered oven 6/14/22 received 7/18/22.received the following reasons: Not a license installer. 7/27/22 not a license installer, 7/29/22 not a license installer. 8/3/22 Not a license installer. and 8/12/22 Geek squad called and said they don't have a license installer. So what do i do with an oven sitting in the livingroom not installed?

    On the day of installation, luckily, for me I had a contractor on the premise. He adjusted the wall area so the oven could fit. The oven was installed by BB, however, installed with an uneven oven door.

    The installation company scheduled a date with me and never showed up and called me and rescheduled for two weeks later and on the day before called and asked me if I had the oven and when I said that I didn't they said that I needed to call Best Buy and asked them where it was. when I told them that it was their job she got rude so i hung up and went to Best by and picked up the oven and installed it myself.

    I would give this no stars if possible! This supposedly top-of-the-line appliance replaces one that was only four years old and could not be repaired. So far, I’ve had two new ones delivered, both with a broken door latch. Now waiting for the third one. Called Whirlpool to discuss, and they told me this isn’t their problem. REALLY? BUY SOMETHING ELSE!!! You are not getting a top-quality appliance despite it being the most expensive one they offer.

    I didn't get my oven installed because they said I needed to build a platform for support but once it was built I could call them back and get it done and I also needed a junction box installed so I am a little confused why i was still charged for this service and didn't receive it. They did take a picture to verify they couldn't install and took the old oven. They said I could call back when I got the platform built. I wish I was informed of the requirements prior to delivery. So I went without a oven for a little over a week.

    The installers were very unfriendly. A group of 3 persons came. Only one inspected the issue and first said, it looks fine. My recommendation to Best Buy- change the installers.

    I installed it. I bought $20k worth of Cafe appliances and so far all they have installed is my fridge which my college student girl can do. Today, the $7k range came which the LP converter was supposed to be included but nowhere to be to be found so installers left. Dishwasher came also but since my outlet wasn’t ready, they didn’t install it either.

    I feel $160 to take out a build microwave is too high. it is not above the stove which is a lot harder. in this case, all they did was slide out the old one, unplug and then on the new one, plug in and slide in.

    The delivery person who brought my oven said he was unable to install it despite my having paid for installation. I refused delivery as he also refused to haul away my old oven, another service I had paid for. I am still waiting for someone to deliver and install my oven. The most recent communication I received offered to schedule another delivery without installation. There are too many different subcontractors without sufficient information. The people who installed the first of the two ovens were great.

    This microwave does not work. It worked the first day it was installed and then the drawer stopped working and it stopped heating. We had a service call and they could not fix it. Had to order 5 parts, which are on back order. I’d have rather been offered a replacement microwave. Way too expensive for this to have happened.

    I know this was bought 11/11 to be installed well before the thanksgiving sale rush, but very poor service, 3 no shows and it wasn’t he geek squad I was told that would install t it was a clev.sub contractor. They did a measure sheet with a Home Depot title block Another circuit city only shop at local Still not installed would not give one star but it won’t let me

    The person that came to install my oven and microwave was by himself for a two person job. He told me that it was not cost affective the have a second person. I had to help the installer with the oven installation. He did not have an electrical box and had to leave and purchase one. I ended up installing the microwave trim because failed to do so. He did not let us know that there would additional charges for the installation until he was almost done.

    To be fair it was a tight I installation with not much room but our cabinet and wall were damaged. If more time and care were taken it probably could have been avoided

    Excellent customer service and knowledge of equipment. Both individuals were professional and were able anticipate what was needed to complete the tasks to customer satisfaction.

    Install crew was very professional and had the microwave with trim kit installed in less than an hour. 1 star knocked off because of the price of installation a little steep.

    Our experience so far has been disheartening to say the least. We had the delivery of the oven two weeks ago today. It is still sitting in my kitchen in the wrapping. Installer needed to make modifications so that it would fit. He said he’d call us that night after 8 pm. Nothing. We waited all last week nothing again. This week I sat on hold off and on from noon until 3 pm. Someone named Hailey got a date of 7/30 to fix the install. No follow up again.

    I was given an appointment date for installation. No one ever showed or called. I had already waited several months to have my oven installed and had paid in advance. I called another company and my oven was installed as scheduled to my great satisfaction. I have had several good experiences with Best Buy. This was not one of them.
