    Purchase experience was easy and very smooth. Oven was backordered and took 1-month to receive and get the unit installed. Installation crew was professional.

    Wanted old oven relocated to a cabinet in my basement. Spent 45 minutes planning this with Best Buy representative. When crew arrived to deliver/install new oven they said they could NOT do this inspite of pre payment and all the time I spent. Will NOT be able to patronize Best Buy in future

    The installation was by a third party. Did the best they could because the fitting into the preexisting space was not perfect, however, they were courteous.

    I purchased a microwave and trim to have installed . When the installers came they didn’t check if the right trim kit was sent with the right microwave and we ended up cutting the opening to the microwave and it wasn’t needed cause it was the wrong trim kit for that microwave . Then when the installer came back with the correct trim kit they didn’t line the wall oven and microwave trim kit up . Poor installers Best Buy has contracted .

    The Built in Oven is great, but the phone representatives for the Geek Squad installation are horrible. I can't understand their thick foreign accents. You need people that speak English. Every time I use your installation people, I have the same problem. Why are you using phone callers that do not have English language skills?

    Still learning about all the operational features, it replaced a 35 year old oven. This has a lot more options. Big window to see what you are cooking..

    The day this was supposed to be installed I had to call the store as no-one had contacted us about installation. Imagine my shock and outrage when I was told that the item I was told was in stock and would be installed on a certain date not only was not in stock but would not be installed for nearly a month from the original date. Will never shop best buy again

    Installer was very professional. Would not install due to electrical set up. I redid the electrical and installed the oven myself.

    Installers arrived late and no phone call to give a 30 minute window. I had to call installers to see if I was still on schedule. Then the announced that they couldn’t fit the new oven into the wall oven space.. apparently my old HE had a smaller power supply cord compared to the new ge power supply cord, which resulted in my oven not fully installed.. so much for the guaranteed fit ge promises.

    Microwave Trim kit was damaged and had to reschedule another appt to replace it one month later. Installatin company did not show up for second appt and said reschedule due to trim not being in wearhouse. Now waiting to reschedule again. Very disappointed in Best Buy and their installation company. Going on one month now to get this resolved.

    The Third party company trying to install the oven was awesome. The appliance salesman and tech from Best Buy was terrible.

    Cannot get a review until I receive and best buy installs wall oven. I keep calling to set up appt and finally got one after 4 cancelled. Hope this one does not cancel. I had to keep calling for updates best buy has not kept me informed. I normally have good things to say about this company but I am disappointed this time

    Not impressed. Microwave install was fine but the trim kit install was a disaster. The installer used a power tool an over tightened all the screws and left us with a trim kit/microwave that looks awful. Top was bent in, corners and bottom are rippled. He obviously thought it looked good or did not care.

    Botched install! Cannot rate item that has yet to be successfully installed! Incompetent installers unable to complete installation! Situation still waiting to be resolved! Now several weeks later installers are scheduled to come again this Thursday 11/12! Hoping for better than the empty promises that we have received so far!

    Well I purchased this oven in September and still haven’t received it. I have set up multiple installation appointments but either no one shows up or one time the installer called me to say he couldn’t locate the oven at the store. It has been horrible customer service! This would be a review with 0 stars if possible

    Installers did a HORTIBLE job

    Cooktop was loose, oven was mounted off and ruined my baseboard and cabinets when installing my dishwasher. I had to call the company to come again and fix issue. When I asked the installers why a horrible job they said they were in a rush. Unacceptable for the amount I paid for all appliances and the added installation fees

    Simply wanted to replace old 24 inch gas wall omen with new one. Almost no choices in this category. Bought a Fiidgedaire. Had it installed. Would not heat closer than 50 degrees of requested temp. Had it replaced. This one came to within 20 degrees so we are keeping it. Assuming Best Buy replaces the oven light button the did not work when the second oven was installed a month ago. Sad.

    We canceled our order for a 27” GE Profile convection wall oven since Best Buy said the oven was no longer available. This ultimately was incorrect information after we already placed a new order for the oven with Livingood’s Appliances.

    The worst installers ever. Damaged floor and walls, left off a part, refused to read installation instructions to learn where the part needed to go- had to be redone by same company and even then the part was not installed perfectly. BB needs to get a new company to do appliance installs!
