Great installation but

It was horrible paying for something and being told you don't know where it is and having the installation date changed multiple times.

False advertisement

Sells an item that can't be installed because their measurements aren't true. States 30 in...wall spacing 30 in. Wouldn't install because spacing is 30 in and oven is 28 in

Poor service

Delayed without explanation nor notice

Great oven.

installation of stove

Had to have gas company out and eventually plumber to fix Would not recommend this service. Installers also missed screws on securing unit in the wall.

Whirlpool wall oven

After 2 years and minimal use the touch screen will not work and Whirlpool has about the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Incomplete service request

Bureaucratic nightmare
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Rather than bore you with all of the endless details of this nightmare, let's suffice to say that the GE oven delivered on 7/5/16 was not installed, and finally picked up on 8/2/16 when a slightly smaller Bosch oven was delivered to fit the tight space. Following the debacle of the original deliver/install crew on 7/5, I had received assistance on 7/21 from a helpful associate at Pacific Home & Kitchen of a different Best Buy from which I ordered the GE oven. She patiently listened to the details of the botched GE oven delivery/install.(and pursuing runaround with the original Best Buy and Geek Squad) as I tried to resolve the problem. She then stated she could refund the GE oven AND installation fee, helped me select the Bosch oven to fit tight space, and arranged pickup of GE oven, which was sitting in my living room. (my old oven, which worked, had been removed and hauled away on 7/5 in the box of the new GE oven.) While awaiting the pickup/delivery on 8/2/16, I was contacted by phone and email by a polite Best Buy "case manager" who said she would be handling the refund of returned oven. The credit for the GE oven was posted to my VISA on 8/16/16; however the GE install fee was not credited (as had been promised by Pacific sales assoc. on 7/21). I have emailed the case manager 8/17/16 and 8/31/16. to inquire about getting the refund for install. I have had NO response from her-via email or phone. If for some reason, Best Buy has determined I am not entitled to this refund, she should minimally respond to my request with an explanation. However, I can assure you that anyone who hears the complete story of problems with original install crew would be convinced I am entitled to this refund. Sadly, many of the Best Buy staff-in stores or on phone have been very polite, and I'm not pointing fingers at any particular person. But the bureaucratic nightmare of trying to resolve a problem, and getting the runaround for over two months has certainly led me to not recommend Best Buy or their installation services. I also realize that Best Buy contracts with a 3rd party for delivery and install. Nevertheless, I strongly feel that Best Buy needs to fully stand behind these services. Finally, my rating is one star only because rating it lower didn't seem to be an option. (Believe it or not, this was the condensed version of my saga.)

microwave didn't fit

Expensive drawer microwave doesn’t work!
