Its in and it works, tool a long time but the virus couldn't stop them.

Took them a couple of tries to deliver everything correctly, but installed and works well.

Nothing was done, and Best Buy refunded the cost in a store credit. The oven required the junction box to be mounted in the wall behind it, not in the space under it as stated in the installation manual. After the contractor finished reworking the wall, we wired the oven into the junction box and had a couple of the contractor's big guys slide it into its cutout.

The Two installers Mel and Badyi, went above and beyond with the installation. there was some concern of the power adapter not fitting well, but they managed to put the oven in in such a way that it went it completely flush.

The installers were quick, courteous, and professional. They removed the old oven and installed the new one within 45 minutes. Well worth the money

We bought a wifi enabled oven and once I learned how to use it, it's been a life saver!

It is OK. The installer had to do a custom job to make it fit and knows his business.

Wall oven installation went smoothly and quickly. New unit fit into existing space without difficulty. It replaced an old similar GE model. Installers professionally completed the work in a quality manner.

The subcontracted installation techs were unfamiliar with this newest model and struggled to get the oven racks installed. They repeatedly attempted to jam both the standard racks & the glide roller rack into the oven cavity not recognizing that the rack supports bolted into the sides of the oven space were installed backwards. As a result, the techs damaged the porcelain coating on various areas of the rack assembly. I also noticed that they failed to tighten down the support frame nuts - which made my job of repositioning the support frames easier - but it still reflects poorly on their self regulated quality control. Heck - there were two people on this job but they don't check eachother's work. That's low hanging fruit for service improvement! Protip: Read the manual and look at the pictures. Since subcontracted installation companies vary greatly by region, your mileage may vary - and hence the 'recommend' statement.

The Installers kept me informed when they were arriving. They were very polite and respectful of the property and installed the wall oven without a hitch.

Best Buy install guys did a great job. If the appliance is installed by them is there is not sales tax on the appliance so it off set the installation fee. (where sales tax is applicable)

This installation team was very knowledgeable in installing Dacor products unlike previously assigned installation company from Santa Ana, CA
