The crew they sent to install my appliance were, professional, friendly and efficient. They took my old appliance away and installed the new one quickly with our incident - great job.

We had the best installer for our wall oven!! He was very meticulous and neat!! He rerouted the gas line so the oven fit perfectly without having to do any cutting!! Love our new oven!!

The installation went smoothly. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Here it is two months after install of our GE Wall Oven by Best Buy. The oven has lost its brain. I called GE, and they had me reset it with the breaker, and that worked for a couple of hours. However, we are back to where it was. Oven light comes on randomly. Oven switches on (!!!!) randomly and will switch off while cooking with a 'Door is open' message (the door is NOT open). GE service said I HAD to have the installers check the wiring on this unit, so I called Best Buy to set up an appointment. Because of COVID-19, all in home service is stopped. The gentleman said there would be a record of the call generated as soon as we hung up. I hung up. So far no record of my call. This is not good customer support for GE or Best Buy.

The installer was on time and very polite and professional. I could not have been more pleased. They cleaned up after themselves and the whole experience was above my expectations.

Easy to use! And full of features! Roasted turkey and beef tenderloin using probe! And thats the first couple of months! We LOve this oven!

Very professional installation from beginning to end. The tech recalibrated the oven to ensure it was installed correctly as well as balanced.

The installers were able to quickly swap out our old wall oven with the new Kitchenaid unit. Installers were quite competent, freindly, courteous , and professional! Highly recommended.

They installed my built in oven but not before acting like they should as my plug in for the built in microwave was behind the oven. When I purchased my microwave the install was not an option as it was a counter over (it's the only one Samsung makes that you can use for a built in). They said we can install your microwave. $125.00. It was the middle of the day and I needed to get back to work so had them do it but this was the second install that I had to pull out money. If I would have know the built in oven was only held in by two screws I would have never had them install the microwave but of course they did not say that.,

They installed my new wall oven. It required some expertise because it was not an exact replacement size for my previous appliance. The crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and left no mess.

So far so good. Very hefty turntable and overall feels good quality. Sensor seems to work well. Looks good. No complaints so far!

Very quiet, even when fan comes on. Love love love the lock feature. Cooks evenly.

Will use this same team if I ever need a new Oven or Dishwasher!
