Delivery and installation were free for a wall oven -- which is great!

The men were thoughtful, and knowledgeable in installing the wall oven. They took extra effort to insure the oven was properly install and the area was clean of all debrie.

arrived on time.....knew what needed to be done, and did it. professional and polite. cleaned everything up, made sure it was working. very happy with them

Since there is no place to review the whole experience, I decided to write my horrific experience here. We received a good price on all of the appliances and as far as personnel goes, everyone at Pacific Sales and the 3rd party installers are very nice and professional. The experience went downhill when the wrong people were sent out to uninstall our cook top because there was too much of a gap in the back and then on the next occasion, there was some confusion as to the process of an appliance pre-measure and then on the installation, our wall oven was not delivered from their main warehouse so the installers only installed the new cook top. I ended up calling Best Buy and they escalated the matter and when I talked to Blanca on Thursday, 4/20/2017, she assured me that the oven would be delivered over-night and installed on Friday, 4/21/2017. Afterwards, I received a confirmation on delivery and installation of the wall oven, but it had the date of Wednesday, 4/26/2017. This was not the date we discussed so I proceeded to call her back. When I spoke with her, she said she was working with the managers to get the item delivered over-night and it would be there on Friday and installed on Friday. She was also discussing with the managers the appropriate compensation, since we were put out of our way. Friday came, the installers received the work order to install the oven, but the oven was NOT delivered to the local warehouse. I called back on Friday, 4/21/2017 at 1:12 pm and talked to Scott and he informed me that the oven did not make the truck for delivery and Thomas from the warehouse would look into it and call me back within the hour. I never received a call back so I proceeded to call at 3:16 pm and spoke to Charlene, waited and then transferred to Janice at 3:51 pm. Janice informed me that communications at the warehouse were down and there was no way to contact them, sigh. I called on Saturday, 4/22/2017 at 11:36 am and spoke with Robert and informed him that Thomas never called back and was wondering what was going on with the oven. I was forward to Rachel and she said it will be forwarded to a back-up case manager, since Blanca was off, and the back-up case manager will give me a call back within the hour. Needless to say, NOBODY called me back. I called again at 2:13 pm and finally spoke with Thomas. He remembered the cased and said someone would contact me by the end of the end of the day and if not, to call back tomorrow. Finally, someone called be back at 4:20 pm, didn't get the name since I was driving at the time and we coordinated a delivery time for Tuesday, 4/25/2017, 8 am - 12 pm. Then I get a confirmation for delivery by email for Wednesday, 4/26/2017, 8 am - 12 pm. Like last time, they said one thing but in the system had to do something else and nobody told me otherwise. I decided to let things go, since I have been beaten down and really they do not coordinate with me, I decided to be ready on both days. Spoke with the installers on Tuesday, no oven, but the warehouse personnel stated it would be ready on Wednesday. Wednesday is here and the installers are installing the oven. I love Best Buy and the purchasing experience from Paul at Pacific Sales was outstanding. He really did take the time to help us out. Unfortunately, the scheduling and delivery was a nightmare as well as customer service after the incident was escalated was equally horrible. I would never want anyone to experience what we experienced. As of writing this review, I am still waiting for someone to call back to discuss compensation, since I missed 4 days of work to accommodate all of these delivery mishaps. I just want Best Buy to know how poor their communication is.

I thought about installing this myself, but thought better of it and that was the right call! The installation guys were awesome! They were on-time, quick and showed me how to use the oven.

Really like my new oven. It took a few uses before there were no odors in the house while it was in use.

Unit is exactly what we wanted. Sameer was great at explaining the unit, and taking care of us.

Install team took care of installing the oven, did not make any messes on my new flooring and were extremely professional and polite! They spoke very good English too!

Craig and his assistant were very professional and very quick with the installation.

I will not recommend Best Buy for appliances They goofed up on installation of the wall oven and has to bring in a handyman to fix it. Delivery date was delayed by more than 2 months and they sent a gas range that did not fit ( this after they had taken the measurements)

They arrived timely worked quickly and efficiently together and even brought in all the items they needed to do the job in the first trip!

This was a great experience - installer was professional and I was happy with the installation.

The team that installed my GE wall oven was efficient and professional. They even provided helpful hints for use after the oven was installed. I can't say enough good things about this team.

Very pleased with the professionals that installed our oven. The were concerned about marking up the floor and laid protection down to prevent damage. Perfect installation!!
