Two installers arrived to remove my old oven and install the new oven. Installation was a breeze. The entire process was simple. I was pleasantly surprised.

The performance of the oven and microwave are very good. I like the that the microwave cooks evenly and has a very nice display. However, the interface gets some getting used to as you need to scroll through multiple interfaces to cook what you want. The absolute worse thing about this oven is that it is sold with the idea it is make your cooking easier by the Cafe app. You are supposed to be able to turn on the oven, monitor the oven, receive notification when it is ready, and even download recipes to cook. The app does not work and calls to GE go unanswered.

The installation was great. They arrived on time, did a beautiful job in a short time. And left No mess. I would certainly recommend them.

So far so perfect. Excellent quality and the price was OK You don't need any lessons to operate this simple oven.

In and out in less than an hour. Efficient and kept the packing material waste to a minimum.

The product was fine . More importantly the company that installed the new microwave oven did a fantastic job I want to complement them very much.

Do not use Best Buy's designated installer Elite Installs! Request a different installer. I purchased a wall oven from Best Buy and set up an installation appointment. On that date, the installer did not show up in the 4-hour window, nor did they contact me about the delay. About two hours after that, two guys showed up in a U-Haul rental truck with my new oven. They were from a company called Elite Installs that is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This company is obviously trying to expand into CA and is now in the Sacramento and Bay Area regions and has landed a deal with Best Buy to install its purchased products. HOWEVER, beware! The first problem is that they are dispatched through another third party called XPO Logistics. XPO is the party you reach to schedule appointments and if something goes wrong with that. My experience was that XPO had no clue about what went wrong in my case, nor were they able to communicate effectively with the installers to fix it. The installers confirmed this when they finally arrived, hours late. They said that Best Buy/XPO loads them down with too many appointments each day and mis-schedules the locations, so they are chronically late for appointments. The next problem: the installation itself also went terribly wrong. From the start, the guys had trouble figuring out what to do, even though the oven was the correct size for the space. After more than two hours trying to install, without success, I told the guys to stop work. At that point, they had driven to a nearby hardware store for a part and drilled a hole into my cabinet next to the oven. They still couldn't figure it out. There seems to be a quality control problem with Elite, using workers who are not adequately trained/experienced and overloading them. Perhaps this is because Elite is spread too thin in my area. I ended up complaining to Elite's office employee Kim, who actually hung up the phone on me. Her boss later called me, but it was too late. I told him there was nothing he could do to fix this, and I would not allow Elite employees back into my home. The end of this story: I asked Best Buy to refer a different installer to me to finish the job; they cooperated, and the company I got, Baywide Home Improvement, came out and completed the job in 30 minutes.

Install crew (3) installed our 2 separate wall ovens and the 2 microwaves in less than 2 hours. Cleaned up and left...pleasant experience!
