The original contractor that came out wouldn’t install the oven. Left the old one unconnected even though they were supposed to take the old one. My husband and brother-in-law installed it that night instead. Tell Best Buy you DONT want Majestic Installation Services (northeast Atalanta, GA area) doing the install. Best Buy refunded us the installation fee and sent a different company to pick up the old one. Best Buy’s customer service was great. They should take that contractor off their list.

Wall oven- temperature is higher right side of oven, Temperature drops dramatically if oven door is open and takes a whole to reach original temperature.

delivery was on time and by 2 nice gentlemen. They did a good job.

The gentleman had to do more work then expected, but did a great job!! I had a gas line that had to be removed, so my oven would fit properly!
