    I was rescheduled twice for this installation and after having the oven sit in my living room for 2months, I finally had it installed privately. Strangely, 3months later my credit card was billed for the installation fee. I was really disappointed with Best Buy as I did not have an essential item (oven) to use.

    The wife does not like the fan noise. I like like the preheat feature. The oven lets you know when oven reaches 350.

    Install service man told us oven could not be installed, that insert hole had to be widened. Insert hole was widened and return installer informed us the the cabinet work had not been needed. The initial installer did not even take product out of packaging or remove existing oven to confirm wether product would fit or not. Work is preformed by a third party.

    Installer refused to install

    Installer refused to install new oven -claimed measurements were not done by a professional and that the oven would not fit. I installed myself without any issue. Terrible customer service....overhead their supervisor telling them to leave ASAP since no one was getting paid for this job.

    This was a very smooth installation. The men arrived on time, removed the old oven and installed the new one without any problems, just slid it right in. They left everything clean, and were finished in no time at all. Very pleased.

    Scheduled installers had nothing but excuses. I had a huge box blocking my entry. The geek squad did not show up. 20 guests were arriving the following day! I had to hire an installer to come quickly. It cost me $300. Best Buy apologized and issued me a $100 gift card. Big deal.

    Disgusted and still dont have an oven

    Made the purchase in May. Delivery and installation pushed back 3 times. Eventually, i gave up and got my money back. Best buy, dont sell a producet if you cant get it to a customer at a reasonable time.

    I do not expect this to be posted but SOMEBODY in the great cloud of Best Buy must have some information as to where my GE oven, ordered July 11, has disappeared to. Check your records, this is the 5th reschedule! HELP!!!

    Very courteous and pleasant professional accomplished this install. Quickly access the need to make additional modifications to the existing opening in the counter-top and obtained approval for this additional work.

    Nice Oven/Too Much Wrong w/Install

    Top flush on left, not on right; we can't fix not being flush against the cabinet at top, guess service will have to come do that; level?, oh we have one in the truck; finger prints all over the front, I guess I can clean that for you. Wow, not what we were told we would get with the install of a $2000 oven!

    Best Buy came out to look at cabinet installation and affirmed a good fit. Two sets of installers couldn’t get it to fit. Two cabinets had to be re cut and remade at a cost of $1000.00 because of installer’s misinformation. Best Buy was to compensate for money and a month delay but nothing yet.

    Replacing a custom built in after 15 years is hard because of technology changes. We had great service and help making a selection and the price was better than other places we checked. Very happy.

    Never would I use them to install appliances again. Worst service I've ever been given in my life. For $20k, one would expect excellent customer service and words cannot begin to express the unprofessionalism and lack of care from anyone. Do not pay for installation. Hire a contractor. Way better off.

    We purchased the oven in-store and scheduled delivery. The third-party installation outfit called us within a day or two to reschedule. And then again. And again. It's been almost 4 weeks and we still have no oven. The company has been very poor about communication and we're pretty fed up with it.
