Paid $186 for install. Charged $65 to move plug.??

While the installer himself was great, the scheduling was absolutely terrible ... late arrival ... minimum 40 minimum waits on hold to find out where the installer was ... Best Buy constantly changed the arrival windows over several days ... total disarray. Too many different departments to deal with, and none communicate with themselves. System stinks, and leaves the installer looking bad when it is not his fault.

They didn't get a chance to install it but they did deliver it as expected

You cannot tell the oven is on. I think somthing wrong.

They got it installed and working, but it was crooked and they blamed it on my cabinets. I was later able to fix it, but in general they did the least they possibly could and were not worth the money for installation in the end.

It’s been a long day of phone tag between BestBuy and XPO Logistics, who has scheduled our oven install for this morning. We have been told XPO cannot locate our order in their systems, then that they cannot reach their technician to get a status update, and also that they don’t service our area. They have escalated to a supervisor but I have been on hold 40min so far, no answer. So far XPO has refused to change the order status so that BestBuy can refund or reschedule. I’m stuck in limbo with a large dinner coming up this weekend and no oven to fix the food, and no money to go buy form somewhere else.
