Heats well, cold not so much

It did not keep cold water that cold. I tried it without ice and the water warmed up in less than two hours. Almost to room temperature.

Looked great online, but they arrived looking like they played a starring role in a back lot football game. Very disappointed we were unable to reach customer service regarding our concern and damage. Believe this will be our last online purchase from Best Buy.
