never used want to give us something for free don't hook us on a free few months and then charge us give us it for free don't we pay enough for the apple products already

Not a fan of having to pay to listen to the radio. Nice to have good reception in any area but not willing to pay for it. There is always a free radio station to listen to.

Had a free trial so figured I would try it out, was never able to find music I wanted to listen to, didn’t think it was worth going for, didn’t renew subscription.

The description is vague and doesn't allow for streaming in a vehicle. You have to call to cancel the service and their associates still try to upsell at every corner.

I did not order this and it shows up as something I order, which I did not! Nothing stating that this is a free 3 month service, not obvious. So, I believe these Items were listed on my order, with out my knowledge. Which really upsets me. The clerk at Best Buy did not make me aware of this. Which is another issue, that really upsets me off to no end! On top of that, how in the F do I access this Free Service? I just won't use it, because I suspect if I do, and do not cancel it. I will be charged...

It’s ok but they try to gouge you when the trial is over... I guess it depends on your taste and priorities. I’d rather have a service like google play or Apple Music or amazon unlimited

Considering that there are other options for music that are free, sirius is not that great. Listen to music all the time and feel that options like spotify are a better option for myself.

I bought an iPhone XS Max from Best Buy and then I just received an email asking for a review of purchasing this. I didn’t even know a three month subscription came with the phone. It would be fine if I wasn’t forced to terminate by month four. Why not just have a 3-month subscription that expires unless renewed. No one should ever assume that someone else wants to pay for their product or service. If I want it, I’ll renew it myself

This service is excellent if you end up having to paid for it. If you do not have the paid subscription service is not worth the space or the time on your phone. If you do decide to subscribe to it then is an excellent app. for it intended purpose. Just keep in mind each time you want to listen on a different device you will be needing a new subscription each and every time a new device is in place or until further notice from SeriousXM is implemented.

I'm sure this would be a good thing to use but I never activated it so can't really review. I had SXM in the past but became too expensive.

With all the streaming services available now, SiriusXM is really out of touch. The prices aren't that great, and it's the same channels and choices it's been for years.

The reason i gave 2 stars is because is very hard to find what i need . The extra extra channels from pandora didn't work well . It needs more improvements.

This offer was for digital only (for streaming on devices only) apparently its a different subscription if you want to synch your car with it. Their website is not as user friendly. Since it’s digital when I go to “manage account” it won’t let me pass/skip the screen where it’s asking for my car info (eventhough the subscription doesn’t even include it) i was unable to find the option to cancel online. I had to call to cancel subscription. I didn’t even get to use it

Many problems with this phone especially with updates.of Samsung I have a month with this phone and me data Is to slow, Is overheating.have this phone with sprint but I bought with bestbuy. No body help me with nothing. They send to me directly to Samsung store.. the problem is in me area we dont have any Samsung store. .I called 2 time to Samsung and they said the problem will be resolved soon in a week .no true. i have almost a month whis this "new" phone and only have problems with that..

I rarely listen to any radio during my commutes. I listen to mainly to podcasts and audio books. I certainly wouldn't pay for it after the free period expires.

I honestly would have rather had a free case or a vr headset or a dex pad. I don't really listen to Sirius XM radio because of Pandora, good gift for xm lovers

I think there is a mistake this is also on my credit card I have never purchased as SXM I think we need to get this matter straightened out because that's a serious amount of money expression Li if they even trying to charge my card being that it is over the limit so that means I'm getting hit with overdraft fees my name is Virgil half this is not my purchase we need to get this straight. as soon as possible Thank you sincerely Virgil Jack Huff

I set this up because there was a free 3 month trial. I honestly never use this service because there is better service just like this one that you can get. I like Spotify and Pandora better. The main reason is once you set up your account you can not cancel it without calling the company to do so. They don't allow you to just cancel online you literally have to call them so they can give you a sales pitch bla bla bla. So even though it's free don't even bother setting it up.
