This must have been a free bonus with another purchase. Once they began to air Howard Stern, I dropped it (a very long time ago!) and haven't looked back. I actually have two venues to activate it (one came with new car) and I have NOT and WILL NOT activate.

They are crazy expensive, they make it impossible to cancel. It's a subscription service from before there were standard expectations from subscription services. Get AppleMusic or Spotify or Pandora. Save some money. Get a better experience.

Worse audio quality than FM radio

I tried it for three months with my new car. I could not tolerate its poor audio quality. Even the CNN channel quality is much worse than the sound from my YouTube TV app on my phone. I could hear distortion or aliasing because of the low bitrate.
