Great when its free

I like the convenience of it but the quality is awful. They compress their music to much and it sounds like its in a hallway. I love to listen to quality music and the sound from xm is awful. I have tried this in several vehicles so it is not the audio system in the vehicles, it is the service.

Horrible

I paused my subscription and asked not to use my card until I let them know, a few weeks later my card was charged and no one knew how.

Stay away

They send you endless mail, make non stop phone calls and when I called to put an end to this, they signed me up for a free trial with out permission. Then took an act of God to cancel. They are the car salesman of the radio industry.

Promo Gimmick

Never received anyway to activate it or anything else. Called the store and was told it was on my receipt or would be emailed to me. So far a week later nothing.
