    I had no clue I had a 'free' trial and must cancel before I was charged. I spent 2 hours on the phone with best buy and geek squad trying to figure out which dept. I needed to be transferred to cancel this. I gave it 3 stars because I like it in my truck, but have no use for a paid subscription on my phone.

    Went to Best Buy to check out new Sprint deals as I was a Verizon customer for over 15years and needed to save some money! Sprint service was a huge savings and great phone price and service to boot!!

    Love XM radio. No commercials. You don’t realize how awesome this is until you get in a car without XM. Not worth full price. Great deals if your search for offers.

    Just like I don't like commercials on TV I don't like ads on the radio! Plus, I love listening to artist interviews and DJs telling the history of a band or a particular song!

    Bought this for my Mom because she wanted a phone that was easy to use. You can flip open to answer and flip closed to hang up. She also can find a number she wants to call. She likes it very much.
