Hits home for those of us who actually grew up in the early/mid 80s. Awkward junior high and sophomore situations will certainly bring back memories. And you are not a child of the 80s if you were born halfway through the decade, so all you bandwagon hoppers jump off.

Breakthrough movies for Molly Ringwald and Anthony Michael Hall. Forgot that John and Joan Cusack were in the movie. Movie making, and acting have come a long way since the 80s I guess.

This movie reminded me of how much we've changed. As cheesy as it is, it makes you miss the simplicity. Classic.

I found this movie in the bin at Best Buy. I haven't seen it. My daughter asked for it because it is from her HS years. Apparently she remembered it differently and she told me she didn't like it now. I don't know why...

It's exactly what you expect from it. 80s movie. Chick flick. Nothing else needs to be said.

I cannot believe this was rated PG! I completely forgot there was nudity in the first scene! I threw this movie away, I wish it had been rated properly! Wanted to have a movie night with my daughter she did not need to have seen what she did, luckily I was there and stopped it.

An old movie with a coming of age theme, which includes inappropriate scenes. The cast and acting is excellent, but the story line embracing considering a questionable lifestyle for young adults.

I received just a regular copy of the blu-ray...it wasn’t the; 1980’s Best of the Decade copy that is pictured. Very disappointing as this is a gift for a friend.

She and her teenage daughter enjoyed the movie. I have the movie in a DVD of my own.

I wasn't planning on purchasing this item when I went to the store, but when I found this in the deeply discounted bin I had to purchase it for my wife because it's one of her favorite movies. If you're willing to spend a little time looking, you can usually find something. This is really good for last-minute items at an affordable price!
