Excellant quality from Skullcandy, I love these for the clean crisp bass response, work great on my HTC Andriod phone, as well as listening to music on my desktop PC. Great price for the quality and love the storage pouch thats included. Even though the volume controls do not work on my Andriod, it doesn`t matter, as its the sound quality that I was looking for.

DON'T KNOW WHY PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THESE EARBUDS, SAYING THAT THEY HAVE POOR SOUND AND QUALITY AND ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS....FOR ME THE SOUND IS GREAT, THE CONTROL VOLUME IS WONDERFUL, I CAN SKIP THE SONG OR GO BACK...GUYS, REMEMBER, READ THE INDICATIONS BEFORE YOU BUY SOMETHING, THESE EARBUDS ARE NOT FOR ANDROID PRODUCTS, THEY WORK, BUT NOT AS SAME WAS APPLE PRODUCTS....MINE I BOUGHT THEM FOR $24 AT TJ MAX, LOL.

Ok so I had a pair of tour beats and after losing them I bought these today , I was looking for some cheap headphones but that somewhat had more of that deep base these can't compare to the tours but still good for the price and the style on them are way better then the tours in my opinion overall everything is great sound is good

I bought the Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket headphones for my iPhone4. They worked great, but didn't have volume control. I decided to give the 50/50s a try, and they work great! The sound is just as good as the FMJ (in my opinion), but these have more controls, and they're $20 cheaper!

Picked this up today and got very excited on using my new ear piece but was a bit disappointed. I've tried numerous types of styles of skullcandy and this by far seems the most uncomfortable-ish. It was a good thing I got the clearance item instead of paying $50 for the original price. Honestly, this item was okay. It is mostly recommended for Apple products if you wanna have a clear sound from the other end (Used for an android phone-the recipient said I sounded far away unless my put my phone mic close to me). For music wise it's great and works along with volume control. The ear piece slips out because the way it is designed and also hurts my ear a bit. I guess I'll just have to stick on continuing paying $30 for my Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket ear piece. Lasts longer and more comfort to my ears.

These headphones are in the $50 price range, but they are defiantly outperformed by other headphones in this price range, even by a few that are a lower price range. These headphones come with what all other headphones in this price range come with, the headphones with a 3.5mm gold plated jack, a carrying case(which is slightly annoying to have in your pocket compared to senn's cx300 or klipsch image s2), and a few different size earbuds, small medium and large. The style of these things is just a cut above the rest, they look very stylish and will turn heads, something that skullcandy has made constant in their headphones. Comfort is alright, it will stay in your ear decently well, not as good as most headphones in your price range, but better than the standard. The sound quality on these things is alright, i mean the bass is very powerful for earbuds, not as powerful as cans in this price range but still good. Now a big problem i see is that skullcandy completly ignored the mid bass, its non exsistant in these headphones. The mids are also defined but they are a little tinny, but other than that the mids are on par with other earbuds and cans in this price range. Now the biggest problem i see is the highs, the bass makes these just non exsistant, this problem has become a lot more constant as of recent with skullcandy. Durability wise, these are a huge step back from the titans, at least those have an alluminum housing and a braided alluminum cable, these have plastic everywhere making these a lot weaker. Overall, these are average in the price range, if you choose not to take my advice and look elsewhere to get the best deal then your just spending $50 that could be put to better use. Take a look at senn's CX300 ii for better sound, at skullcandys titan for a better duarbility headphones, and at klipsch's image s2 for better noise cancelation and comfort. I would personally reccomend the image 2, or the sennheiser cx300ii because they are just much better quality headphones than these, if you buy these your getting sony, pioneer, rocketfish, and JVC quality products(which are average and not the best you could get).

I always bought the cheapest Skullcandy headphones, and they broke quite often (anywhere between 2 weeks to 5 months) and had pretty poor quality, (as expected) so I decided to splurge a tad and buy some more expensive kinds. I tried these out and was quite impressed with the sound. They sound great from the start, but with almost any headphones, they sound better with a little breaking in. I avidly used them for 6 months until they broke, but I was very pleased with them until then. The iPod Remote is a wonderful addition to these headphones, and can increase and decease volume, pause, play, and skip. All around very nice headphones.

Bought these for my son. He's tried other brands, but always comes back to these! He says for the price these are the best!

Got these on sale for 28.00. Using them on my Note 4 with ViPER4Android audio mod and these Suckers are impressive. The bass is stellar, fit is comfortable and the flat tangle free cord is a bonus. Definitely try these before you buy the higher priced hyped up other brands.

These, are pretty good earphones for the price, i compared them to my brothers 80$ sony's and these are better. The base is amazing, and the clarity is pretty good for 50$. Amazing earphones, I have beats by dre. On my computer and makes a big difference. Feels cheap but how it works? 5/5

I purchased this product because the old ear buds were uncomfortable and irritated the ears. With the three sizes supplied, I can now wear these with no discomfort. In addition, the external volume control on one of the leads is easy to control the sound to a comfortable level.

These earphones are really comfortable and the sound quality is great. Highly recommend for their price.

I actually own two pair of 50'50s. I bought the first pair for myself at Best Buy and my younger daughter gave me the other pair for Father's day. (She didn't know I already had a pair, but I like them so much, I never returned them). Some people frown at Skullcandy earbuds, but they probably have never listened to their upper end buds. Skullcandy's headquarters is in Park City, Utah and, living in Salt Lake City, Skullcandy products are in just about every retail store in the area. I've owned the Ink'd, Titans, Full Metal Jackets, Fix, Heavy Metals and, of course the 50/50s. I have never been disappointed with a Skullcandy product; and the 50/50s are no exception. They have great overall sound reproduction. The base is strong without being overpowering. The mid-range and treble are smooth and crisp. For 53 dollars, these sound better than some much more expensive earbuds. The key to getting good bass response is finding the right sized bud tip and getting a good seal in the ear canal. Once the fit is good these earbuds will give you all the bass you need. These 50/50's are a great value for the price. I recommend them.

Great sound quality plus it is noise canceling as well. I have used it on an overseas flight and was wonderful!

These headphones are great. They are light weight, block outside noise and have great bass. I borrowed my son's pair on a plane when I couldn't hear with my apple issue ear buds. These were so much better, I went to Best Buy and purchased a pair for myself. Then I recommended them to my daughter who also got a pair.

The Skullcandy 50/50 Earbud Stereo Headphones are great for listening pleasure. Has good bass output and the music crisp and clear. On the other hand, it seems you can only use it in stable conditions such as sitting or lying when listening to music; and in some cases, when walking. But there is a slight problem-it is difficult to use when running or doing rigorous exercises because the earbud will continuously slide off you ear. This will increase when you begin to sweat. In a nutshell, it is great for your listening pleasure.

As a bassist I want my Paco and Ray Brown to POP when I listen to them and these 50/50s do the trick. A few weeks before I bought them I was lured in by the press on the Sennheiser Massive Bass buds and got a set. As great a rep as Sennheiser has for high end mics and 'phones, the buds were muddy and extremely disappointing. I gave them a few weeks and decided I just couldn't live life that way. So I returned them (the Best Buy staff were really cool about that) and got the 50/50s. They are jammin'! Really clear, plenty o' bottom and no distortion. If I have any complaint, the cord seems to have a life of its own and is just a tad too long and the little case is a waste.
