I had a plantronics model for five years and wanted to get something newer and jabra had good reviews. I find the headset heavy and uncomfortable, but if it worked well, that is something I could live with. I’ve had to update it four times since I’ve had it which seems excessive, and prior to the updates the headset stops working (which is how I know it needs the update. Mind you, I use these for work so anytime I need an update. I have to call my IT team for the admin permission to do so. About a month ago, it developed a crackling sound on calls that won’t go away. My company IT team has looked at it, I’ve also done some troubleshooting online and nothing will fix it. I feel like I wasted m oney for nothing since I’m out of the warranty time period.
