Stopped working exactly 1 week after purchase. Told by Best Buy we had to contact manufacturer for repair or replacement even though we purchased the protection plan from Best Buy.

Died after 11 months of use won't charge anymore and they're well taken care of.

They were good but after 6 months they wouldn’t hold the charge

Not good for me, not comfortable at all, and the bass is exaggerated. I bought them because all reviews were positive, but I'm not what is so great about a pair of phones vibrating on your head.

Man, these headphones actually make me appreciate songs ive never even thought of listening to before. Ive used airpods, beats solo pro, powerbeats, and airpod pros but these just take it next level. You have to download the skull IQ app which is totally fine and there your headphones are totally customizable. I used the music pre setting, and I use the crusher setting around 60-80% and keep the music on a low volume and at work and around the house or on a walk man I’m just vibing. I got these on sale for $160 and I don’t regret these a single bit. My only con is they didn’t come with a case. You think for $239 retail it would come with some kind of case. But they just come with a bag that has some very nice cloth inside though. Anyways, if you can get these on sale, absolutely try them. I plan on getting a 2nd pair

These headphones felt really uncomfortable around my ears, so I returned them back.

My son loves them. I tried them on as well and the sound quality is great and they are very comfortable to wear.

These headphones are amazing and have great sound and even better bass, and are very durable. Long story short you definitely get your money's worth

This is the first time I've posted a review for an item on Best Buy, but this one deserves it!!! Forget about Bose, forget about Beats, forget about Sony or any other headphones on the market, these are the best I have ever heard, even though I have paid up to four hundred dollars just for a pair of headphones but none of them had come even close to this one.

If your looking for head-rattling bass these are it! I own another brand that retails for almost double the price of these and these blow them away in almost every aspect. Now i admit the NC is not as good as the more expensive ones but thats really in my opinion the only real short coming. Fantastic battery life arguably the best bass around i highly recommend!

solid over the ear headphones, the sound quality and nosie canceling is superb, the bass sometimes gets messed up and it makes your head shake, took me a few minutes to figure out how to reduce the bass, other than that, a great headphone, due to the comfort and range

Pros: * Great sounds especially if you like to hear (feel) the bass in songs. There is a dedicated wheel to adjust the bass to your liking. * Android and iOS app that lets you customize the buttons on the device (single, double, and triple clicks as well as long presses) as well as sound settings and more * Mic seems to be decent. Not great but works for my work calls. * No issues connecting to multiple devices including my MacBooks and Pixel 6 (very much *unlike* my Bose 700s that these are replacing) Cons: * To my knowledge no desktop apps exist, so you need to have an app to perform the customizations. * Noise cancelling seems to be non-existent. I haven't tried on a plane, but I can't tell much difference between the modes (even when setting the intensity level at the highest in the app) when something like a vacuum cleaner is running in a different room with the door to my office closed. And ANC is in the name so.... On the positive side, I don't feel the occasional painful ear pressure that I got with my Bose. * Same for transparency mode. I really can't tell the difference. Overall, for my needs, the seem like a quality pair of headphones to support my remote work and some personal needs. I've yet to try them at something like a coffee shop, though, but so far, they definitely serve my needs much better than the Bose 700s that I'm replacing them with. My biggest issue is the lack of noticeable noise cancelling. This is where my Bose were great for trips (however I could *only* use them for noise cancelling because they would not connect to my phone without going into a reboot loop). It appears there may be some firmware updates coming soon, so hopefully the ANC issues are fixed with them.

These are the best headphones ive ever put on.. The bass and vibrations makes it seem like the music is in your skull. Not only that, these mfs last forever on full charge. Ive recommended these to many of my friends and my family too. definitely a must have fs
