If use machines, mainly, these might work. But if you move around a lot doing floor exercises or rowing, these aren’t it.

They managed to nail the sound, as it sounds like you're in a car with subs, but it doesn't absolutely obliterate your ears either. The ear cushions could be a little nicer, and I'm a little concerned with their durability, but overall a great buy.

But for the price its worth it.
