I went to BestBuy in hopes to test them out before buying and it was difficult to decide between the Crusher Wireless and the Crusher ANC Wireless. The reason was for this is that you have to download the app in order to use the personalized sound for the Crusher ANC in order to tell the difference. Both have a crazy strong base that you can adjust with the slider and sound great. I'm glad I went with the Crusher ANC because after downloading the Crusher app and taking the audio test, the sound was noticeably better, sharper, and clean. I love seeing the expression on the faces of my friends and family when I let them try them out!!! They react as though they heard music for the first time.

I wanted to get these headphones, so when I watch television with my fan on, I can turn it up as loud as I want and still not disturb anyone. When I first sync these headphones with my TV, and played some videos on YouTube, I was blown away by the phenomenal base that these headphones give! I was telling myself these are really going to be over the top headphones, that is until I try to turn the volume up for the highs and mids. No matter how I try to adjust the headphones I could never get the highs and mids any higher than what they were. The base is over-the-top phenomenal, but the highs and mids were lower than the base. That's very disappointing because I really wanted these headphones to work and watch a lot of television at night and not bother anyone. I still have to say that these are outstanding! I hope that there's some kind of update that will allow me to turn the highs and mids up a lot higher than what they are now.

I've been buying Skullcandy products for years, so when these came out I was really excited and bought them as soon as I could. The bass was the same as the original Crusher Wired I bought way back when. The Crusher sound has kept its bass heavy quality throughout the iterations-- the ANC is no different. If you're a fan of bass you'll love these. If you're a fan of good noise cancelling, though, you might not have as good a time. I felt the noise cancelling left something to be desired. I could still hear plenty of outside noise, but it did cut through the hum of appliances and very quiet background noise. Sitting on my couch at home, I couldn't hear my dryer going downstairs, but I could clearly hear traffic outside. The ANC wasn't what I bought these for, so it didn't bother me much. What bothered me the most was the constant issues I had with the bass slider and lights on the left ear cup. This was both on the first pair I got and the replacement pair I just gave back to Best Buy. The lights wouldn't come on and the bass slider did nothing, intermittently. All of Skullcandy's troubleshooting tips worked for a little while but the problem would come back. Kinda disappointed that the bass didn't work on headphones that I bought specifically for the bass. This isn't to say that I'm going to stop buying Skullcandy products, because their earbuds are still fantastic for the price. But I'm going to wait until another iteration to try these out again.

These headphones are amazing the bass is really amazing

Used to have Nuraphones before, but the sound quality is way better than Nura's. Bass punch and sub-bass are better on Crushers, really clear sound, a lot of bass and highs. the ANC is better in Nura's, the Crusher has a hissing noise when nothing is playing and the ambient mode is not that good, hopefully they will fix this with a firmware update.

Skullcandy dropped the Crusher ANC on their website $120 below everyone else. BestBuy price matched and with my 50 gift card I could not pass these up. I owed a pair of crusher and those were nice, but these are premo!!! From music to movies, man these are killers and for gaming, lets just say Modern Warfare is no longer a game, you are there! You can't go wrong with these, ya these may not be Sony's XM3 but I'll take it these any day.

I own the m3s Sony better fit and better anc but when I got these crusher anc and that bass hit all that went out the window these are my go to headphones now love em it’s a diff experience with these on reminds me of a game controller when it vibrates when you get hit playing a fighting game it’s amazing got to try it out if your on the fence about getting these just get em and if it’s to much bass just adjust the bass knob to your preference!!! Love em!!

I am unsure if anyone else is experiencing this issue but this is the 2nd pair of Crusher ANC that I have purchased with the exact same issues. Problem 1: At times the ANC will not allow me to disable it unless I activate the ambient feature 1st then I am able to turn on and off the noise cancellation. Problem 2: Is my biggest complaint. The assistant button and function of it is horrible and pointless. I have tried using it on both Android and IOS both ending the same. Let me explain. I am able to activate the assistant by double pressing the multi-function button however; the mics on the headphones never pick up what I am saying. I literally have to have the phone in my hand and near my mouth so it understands my commands which means the phone mic is being used and not the mics on the headphones. I know the telephone mics were just fine when making and receiving calls because others can hear me without any issues. The sound signature is good but for the asking price they are simply not worth it. The noise cancellation is not the greatest. I'm truly disappointed that Skullcandy advertise these headphones to work with IOS and Android assistant programs when in reality they really don't work in the way it was suppose to function. Skullcandy would have been better off making the Assistant button as the ambient button so users wouldn't have to hold the ear cup for 3 seconds to activate that feature. The reason I got rid of my 360's were because they were unable to summon assistant programs. Looks like these are the same. I have already talked to Skullcandy customer service about the issue with my last pair of Crusher ANC'S and I have completed a hard reset still the issue remains. I hope the app is allowed to receive updates to fix this issue otherwise I will be returning these and switching to another brand.

They’re very comfortable. Noise canceling is good enough and the ability to custom tailor your own sound profile through the app is pretty outstanding.

The headset is great, however there are 3 things that need to be fixed. First, the way you pair the device to other devices is bad. You need to turn it off, and than back on and hold the button to connect to another device; this doesn't seem like much but can get annoying after a while. Second, the noise cancelling option should have been it's own button, as just turning the headphone towards your chest will cause it to turn it on and off unintentionally and constantly. Last thing, after leaving them alone, they dont auto turn off, they will stay on until the battery drains. If these issues can be fixed, 5 stars, but those 3 things can be really annoying. Still like them!

Pros: Sound is great. The bass is amazing. I listen to a little of everything, but mostly listen to rock. These headphones handle rock really well, and heavier bass genres even better. The haptic feedback really draws you into the music, probably my favorite feature. Cons: ANC is not good at all. If you aren’t listening to music at a moderate volume, sound easily gets in. I bought these to be able to listen to music at a low volume while I work at home, but I still hear everything (especially the kids). I’m probably going to have to return these. Considering the cost, I expected true noise cancellation.

Within a couple of months the power button is stuck in rendering the headphones useless. So he we are in a few months of purchasing this unit now having to bring it back to best buy and get a new pair but wait now i have to buy a new warranty for the next pair because if the terrible quality. So far every single pair of headphones i have purchased from best buy have failed. Never has a pair lasted over a year. I truly feel best buy sells sub quality products just to make money from the extended warranties.

Brought this pair in Best buy - About 4 months in, I forgot to turn them off, next morning, I could not turn them off no matter what, could not reset, could not turn off, could not repair... tried to recharge without success... had to use the warranty at best buy to get a new pair with New pair some 4-6 months in - When turning on, it would be blinking, no sound of activation nor connecting to any device, would have to press random buttons before it would reset and turn on finally - process would take 1 minute or so (annoying to wait that long) - over time a bump on the left side was visible, like if the battery was about to explode - some days later the rumble bass stopped working - used skull candy warranty, I had to pay shipping this time - Since they didnt have any in stock, they issued a 320 coupon so I had to go through their store to purchase it again with a 6 business days free delivery time - but im not hopping this new pair will last more than the previous onces.. most likely I will be using warranty again.

Purchased them for me,my son and friend and all 3 stopped working after 30 days. Mine were in the box and noticed they stopped 6 months later. Sent warranty request to Skullcandy and beware they can replace your item 2ith something other than what you purchased. They dont return the color you bought. So if you dont like black head phones dont buy these as they will send you the plane Black ones. Horrible policy.

Broke within a week I got it. Plastic is cheap. It fell from my bed onto the floor which is carpet and the button broke.
