Garbage used them a couple times and the right side blew time to take them back to get my money back

These headphones are pretty dumb… but I love them! I’ve got headphones ranging from noise canceling to critical listening and they’re all great. But these headphones take what makes those headphones good, throws it all out the window, and tapes the subwoofer from a crappy honda around your face. It gives you the ability to not only hear low end bass in great detail, but it also allows you if you so choose, to crank that bass to the point where it will vibrate your entire head. I thought it sounded gimmicky but after listening to hip hop, edm and other bass heavy music, I have to say that these headphones make the entire experience more fun. This unique experience, coupled with the intuitive set up and surprisingly great build quality make them one of my favorite pairs if headphones. It makes enjoying bass heavy music more fun!

I’ve never written a review before. I’ve never cared enough to. This time was different though. I felt an almost spiritual conviction to write this. My sister dragged me into Best Buy. I didn’t even want to go. While we were there, I tried on some headphones because why not. The bass feature on these was amazing and so accessible. The box said it had a 40 hour battery life (much better than my Air Pod Pro’s) so I decided to take ‘em home. When I was on the drive back to my place, I pulled them out of the box and connected them. After putting on the first song (Burndt Jamb by Weezer), I was in love. I’ve never felt so much pleasure listening to music. I just sat down and listened for hours, something I’ve never down before. I went from a casual music enjoyer to a music enthusiast. The Crusher Evo brings a whole new meaning to “banger”. The moment you have 200 bone, BUY THESE HEADPHONES. I think I’ve reached musical enlightenment…

This was totally worth the money! Got it as a Christmas gift and love the bass and sound quality of these headphones. The battery life for the Bluetooth is great, charging time is decent. Highly recommend these headphones to anyone l, especially if love heavy bass control.

I first seeen these in store, I got curious so I put them one. I was shocked on how comfortable they were, its almost like there snuggling your head, not to tight but not to loose. The bass is nothing like you have experienced before! Very powerful and a danger to your ear drums. Its also very high quality, the battery last FOREVER, it wont die on you. so far im 2 years in with no issues….. buy it…..it’s worth it……I PROMISE

These headphones are ridiculous. And i mean that in a very good way, the bass in these aren't like ANYTHING out there, had these for about a year now and they're still kicking. If you're looking for the best bass in headphones, get these, no questions asked. As far as audio quality, it is beyond amazing. Honestly, this might be the most fun you'll have with headphones, i highly recommend this to anyone who loves to listen to hard hitting bass in their music, there's nothing like these out there, NOTHING. (Tip: headphones bass seem to be alot more powerful and harder if you use it through AUX on PC, or at least that's what i noticed)

these are amazing amazing work skullcandy. not only a bass you can literally hear BUT also the mids and highs are still crystal clear. now I could not do skull candy's before they were always to high pitched on the high tones. after reading all these reviews and getting myself a pair im definitely glad I did and gave skullcandy one more shot. there's not one downfall to these headphones with the option slider to add or take away bass is very nice , Bluetooth connection is simple and easy never dropped connection & last but not least very comfortable. I got lucky and picked these up on black Friday for a beyond great price. but don't hesitate at all with these headphones 5stars ill give them. great job skullcandy.

I have been using in ear headphones for so long that I forgot how music should sound. These headphones provide crisp, clear sound with substantial bass and volume. Not only that, they also provide an extremely long battery life. And when you do need to charge them you can charge for a few minutes and get a few hours of play. I also like how these fold down and fit into the carrying case. Granted they are not small, but this helps when packing them for travel. I know there is an app to help adjust the sound if you need but I didn't think any of that was necessary because they sound so good out of the box. Overall, I am very pleased with these headphones and would recommend them.

These are absolutely insane. I think I lost a few fillings the first time I cranked it up. Why don’t all headphones have this kind of bass? This is what every pair of headphones I’ve ever had should have sounded like. And to be able to adjust how much bass with a slider is genius. I’m so impressed with the sound quality of these. I really don’t think I’ll ever need another set of headphones. I can’t imagine music sounding better than this. Easy Bluetooth setup. I’m using them with my PC. Paired in seconds and then off to the races. Popped in some Iron Maiden and OMG, I just couldn’t believe the clarity and bass. Incredible!! Buy these now!!

If you are a bass lover, if you love having your back teeth rattle when listening to your favorite song, if you want a whole new experience with headphones then stop right here and buy these. Don’t procrastinate, don’t compare with 10 other models and brands, don’t worry about explaining to your wife why you just bought another set of headphones. These require no explanation, instead hand them to your better half or gently place them on her ears. Que up her favorite song and let’er rip! Assuming she gives them back to you, you’ll be in the clear. You don’t have to be an audiophile to understand these headphones. Actually audiophiles probably won’t like these, because they aren’t meant to be precisely accurate in an audiophile way. These headphones are in an interesting way a musical instrument. I say that because they produce an aural experience that you won’t get with a normal set of cans. I usually dive into the technical details in my reviews. As an engineer it’s what I do, I would break down the components and discuss how they contribute to the whole. I’d speak to frequency performance, accuracy in sound reproduction, soundstage, etc. But this review is different for me, this one is about passion, and fun, and putting a smile on your face. This is about treating yourself to an innovative product that isn’t necessary, it doesn’t really make sense - and yet they are freaking awesome! All of the technical details are on the Internet, if that’s what you need to make a decision I understand and suggest you go to Skullcandy’s website. I’m keeping this review about emotion and the joy of enjoying a whole new dimension to your music. I look forward to putting these on after a long day, they are like an instant vacation for your brain. They help disconnect you from reality, and it’s been a tough reality these past 11 months. The country would be a happier place if the government sent everyone a set of these instead of a stimulus check. Maybe we’d all live in harmony then (pun intended). Whatever you use these for, be it music, video games or a movie - they will not disappoint. The only thing I didn’t like about the Evo’s is having to take them off and return to reality. This product is a grand slam for Skullcandy, and for us their customers. I want to say ‘thank-you’ to the engineers and business people that decided to build these and bring them to us at a reasonable price. Crazy good product, there are so many good things to talk about. If they aren’t sold out and out of stock - buy them! Buy one for yourself, one for your spouse, and anyone else that seems to be in doldrums. They will set you on a happy course for a great recovery from a rotten previous year (2020). They make you smile and I bet make 2021 a great year. Bass never sounded nor felt SO GOOD! Ridiculously good headphones listening to them is a type of meditation. Escape a gray day, escape from your boss who was being a jerk, throw these on and all that was bad melts away leaving your face and soul smiling. Great sound quality and deep bass feel. The playtime is unbelievable.

I am a Beats fan and have never used a Skullcandy product before, but after trying these out for a couple of weeks, I noticed this are now my to-go over the ear headphones! The quality feels premium just like the sound. Here is a quick breakdown of why I am loving these headphones. Design 5/5: Super comfortable and no pressure on side of the head. This makes it easy wearing them for long periods of time. Ears don't get tired. Quality 5/5: Strong and sturdy. Not worried about these headphones starting to breakdown after multiple years of use. Audio Controls: 3.5/5 The sound is amazing, but I wish I could control the bass a little bit more. You have the control to bring it up or down, but in reality if you move the needle even just a tiny bit, you're getting all the bass. Further, even though the packaging says these were made for iPhone, I don't feel like the controls are very compatible. Skullcandy App 5/5: Simple and easy to set up some preferences. I also like the movie mode because it's great to feel a little bass kind of a like a home theatre. Overall, I give these a strong 4/5. Sounds is great, design is premium, and they are super comfortable. I just wish I had more control on the bass.

This headset is comfortable and easy to wear and also stays put for the most part should you decide to actively move around while wearing it. The setup was simple and easy to follow and the added bass feature really gives you a level of personalization when it comes to the audio you hear. As someone who listens to many different music genres, this is a great adjustable feature that I wish I had on them all. I have personally really enjoyed Skullcandy pieces for over a decade now and this is another really great option within the ranks. If you like this style of headset I would suggest picking up a pair.

I have headphones from Sony, Apple, Sennheiser, and none were giving me the bass response i wanted for my turntable. Never considered Skull Candy, but at this price i tried them. WOW! The soundscape is impressive for this price point, but the haptic bass is insanely good. As many have said, you can feel it. And no distortion. For pop, rock, dance….trounces all the expensive headphones in my collection. Don’t hesitate. I love them!!
