He absolutely loves them. They are noise-cancelling and they vibrate on his ear like he is in an actual studio. For a 14 year-old that's just heaven for him.

They are great when he is working out unlike the AirPods that fall out of your ears he stay on your head during his workouts they block out noise just as great.

I love these on bike rides and any other time really. Sooooo much bass your whole body feels the music

The employees are rude. The employees do not help you in a timely manner( 20 minutes or more for a question).
