I agree with the one customer if you're looking for NOISE CANCELLATION this is not the device. I started to take them back because I work in a factory where we can listening to music which is great with the bass, etc but when I take a phone call it's a wrap. And for the price why not include noise cancellation ❓ Everything else is awesome if you're in a normal volume environment this are perfect ❗
