    They're okay. I wanted to get the crusher ANC but they stopped making them. These have no bass and really you get what ya pay for. The average user will be fine but if you listen many hours a day.. I'd look for better ones like sennheiser

    Headphone was not connecting to my phone and I call Best Buy they made me appointment to the store , I went to the store but they did nothing about it , I call customer service and they told my to call the product company, bad experience , this the second time Best Buy did this to me , thinking of not buying from Best Buy again
