I have had the best experience with these headphones. They are loud. They sound phenomenal. The build material feels really sturdy. They padding makes them comfortable. And the bass is just incredible. I recommend these to anyone who needs or wants nice headphones. Only down side is that they are quite large. But that's the price you pay for great quality.

My son is 12 and loves these headphones. He likes that he can control the base. The sound is good but not as good as beats by DR. Dre. My other son has beats and the sound is clearer.

These are the best midrange headphones you can buy. If they were disguised with another brand and sold for $200 no one would complain about them.

I looked around at the reviews before purchasing these headphones. Skullcandy has never let me down in the past, but i like to be sure before i buy anything. The reviews were all positive and now that i've had them for around a month now, i can say it's for a good reason. The sound quality is amazing even without the bass boost on. When you do activate the boost, just know they weren't lying to you when they said "Bass you can feel."

Headphones don't have to be expensive. These are not, but they are great. No need to spend $500 when less than $100 will put a smile on your face.

I spent a lot of time and money listening to other headphones, and I could not find better sound than these until I jumped to the $200+ range. (They are also of a totally different and better sound quality than any of the other SkullCandy premium headphones, too. I'm not an audio expert, but even if you don't particularly want Bass Boost, I'd buy these, because even with it turned down, there is just a different quality to the sound -- a richer quality.) PROS: These headphones have amazing sound. The bass boost can be easily adjusted and it gives such a depth to music and podcasts. The earpieces are thick and block out so much ambient sound. I couldn't hear a person talking right next to me. For such big headphones, they fold up easily and pretty compact. CONS: They are a bit big and clunky, but again, not *that* much more than noise-canceling, pricier headphones. But, they are well-padded on both the headband and ear muffs. Everything is just "a little less" than the Bose or Sony super duper earphones: a little less compact, a little less noise-canceling, a little-less depth, a little less comfortable, etc., BUT... half the price (or less).

Our kids are using them every day and loving them. No complaints about comfort and they are pretty picky about how things feel.

I love the fact that you can adjust the bass volume. I've had Beats Headphones before but These are Much better at half the cost.
