Mediocre headphone but great warranty

He liked it for a few months then start complaining the clumping was too tight. I agree and I can't wear it more than 15 minutes at a time. Sound wise, I found the bass over boosted and very boomy even on the lowest setting. About 8 months into the ownership, one of the ear cups snapped off of the plastic band. I submitted a warranty claim to Skullcandy and was asked to send in the broken headphone. A few weeks later, they sent us a brand new replacement headphone. Because of this great customer service, I'm giving it 4 stars.

BASS!!!

Nice sound
