The charging case works well via USB. The sound is good, however the earplugs are not sound cancelling. When outside, I have been told the noise level is disturbingly high by whoever I am speaking to.

The design on the earbuds is quite nice, they are very comfortable to wear and the charging box is a simple design but still quite nice, HOWEVER, I’m sure when it said 12 Hour battery life they probably meant the charging box itself, becasue unfortunately the earbuds themselves only last about 2-3 Hours before you have to charge them again, the earbuds also do this weird thing when i turn up the volume too quickly the Left earbud turns off and if i turn down the volume too quickly the Right earbud turns off. if the earbud battery was longer this would be a solid product specially for the price

For the price they are better than expected the spund somewhst is comparable to the power beats pro the only complaint i have is that they sometimes fall off because i use them for sports or work

Too short of a battery life. I’ve had cheap Amazon headphones that last longer. The ear buds hold the charge an average time but the case only gives one charge.

These are nice ear buds. easy to use and sound good. Only downfall is a very short battery life compared to other ear buds I have used in the past.

These headphones sound amazing and even beat some 250 pairs of headphones in the sound department, the only downside is that they dont have noise cancellations like nicer headphones

I bought these on a whim because I left my air pods at home s and I was on my to the gym. A big let down. The price was right that’s why I gave them 3 stars but I expect better from JBL.
