They were difficult to use on a phone call- they could not hear me very well and the background noise was loud. The sound was great listening to a podcast while driving until I yawned while turning a corner and lost one. Until I yawned they fit great! I was glad it came with 3 different size buds- I was planning on sharing them with my nephew. The charging cord is very short. While charging in my car it dangles which I am sure is not good for it. I had a hard time navigating the controls. The buttons are so small and sometimes you have to hold it for longer than the instructions say, and then it may do something else. Sometimes they would turn off after 3 minutes of non- use and other time they would stay on for hours. And when that happened the battery would be dead when I needed them. I did give 3 stars because the case is convenient. Nice to charge in and compact enough to fit in pockets. But, for a decent good sound, I’ll stick to my wired ear buds.
