Had two pairs. Both broke in the same place. For the money expected better quality.

They sounded good, but made of plastic and broke!!

Good sound quality.....but ear piece broke off....

My son got these as a Christmas gift. They broke within a couple of months.

These are very comfortable but for an active teen they break easily. Our 3rd pair (10.00 warranty well worth it) broke 4 days after purchase in szme area each time. The company should reinforce the area that holds the ear covers.

Purchased this for my parents for Christmas. They like it.

I bought this item not even a full 2 months has passed and they broke on me. Everything was great the sound, it connects to everything blue tooth and looks cool. But stupid things broke on me just trying to put them on my head.

Got the headphones to replace some for a relative. However, these have to be plugged in to charge. The other headphones just sit on a stand and charge. You just lift them up to retrieve them. No need to unplug. Took these back and got the Sony product.

Extremely disappointed. I bought these to listen to music at work and I get busy fast so my gear must behave because I don’t have time to troubleshoot. I can leave the headphones charging all night and within one minute of turning them on in the morning they say “battery low” and turn off. I can charge them through the morning, turn them on, and I get the same warning in the afternoon. They never once charged correctly and I can’t tell why. The power cord that’s provided is so short that I can’t listen through my keyboard. And when I start charging with the intention of listening in about an hour, I get swept into my work and forget about it. Result is that I’ve had these more than 3 months and haven’t gotten more than 10 minutes listening time out of them. It's lame.

they were good up to a point then they became expensive earmuffs

I would give these headphones zero stars if I could. While the sound is OK (about what I would have expected from a pair of budget headphones), the plastic housing is an abomination -- ridiculously fragile and brittle. With light use, the first cracks appeared on day 16 of the purchase (of course, just after I could have returned them to or exchanged them with Best Buy), and it seems like each week has brought additional problems -- more cracks, more pieces falling off, etc. I have been trying to patch the headphones together with Super Glue and Tenacious Tape, but last night the housing finally snapped at an earpiece pivot joint and became unfixable. All this after only a few months of gentle use... In summary, this purchase was a huge waste of $100. Save your money for something that will last.

Expected better noise cancellation as indicated by rep.

Not suitable for big head ppl.. it kind of puts pressure on your head. It has metal strip in the over head supporting design, that may be the source of pain. I wanted to return this but came to know about the issue after few months
