I own hundreds of headphones and Skullcandy has blown away Beats and any other $300 plus headphones with these. All I can say is WOW!

    Very Nice Headsets

I purchased 2 of these headsets for my spa...thinking I could pair them both with my music source. But...that doesn't work. Other than that...they are very soft & comfortable and the music through them is very nice.

I play PS4 online almost every day with these, for about 2 months now. For one, the sound quality is great, and the charge holds for a good amount of time. My friends also say that my voice is clear and no complaints on their end. Maybe it is just personal and others may not relate, but these headphones are beyond uncomfortable for me after about an hour, which consistently leads to me getting a headache when I go beyond that. They are also pretty tight around the head and there is no way to adjust that. For me this is an absolute deal breaker. I find myself needing to take them off to have a break, as my ears feel like they are getting sore and sensitive and need to breathe. I had a $30 cheap generic brand pair from Amazon, similar design, that were wayyy more comfortable than these, and never had these issues, except the cable started to go bad, so that's why I thought I would upgrade these. Overall these have been a downgrade for me. Especially when considering the price. I wish it was not too late to return them I will continue to search for a comfortable high quality pair of headphones.

    Great Sound, Cheap Build Quality

Used these headphones for about a month and a half, with no complaints whatsoever with sound quality or in game voice chat/phone calls. The only thing is that most of the headphone, besides a metal bit in the band, is made out of fairly cheap plastic. This makes the headphones extremely light, however in my case putting the headphones on my head put stress on the plastic struts which attach to the part that goes over your ear. Long story short it snapped and while still usable I was beyond disappointed.

    Good headphones but cheaply made

I gotta say that these headphones are good. The sound on them are awesome. They are pretty comfortable. I was enjoying them for everyday use and the gym until the plastic broke around the left ear cup. Before I got them I was reading a lot of reviews on how easy they break and it is true. I was just hoping it wouldn't happen to me. I never dropped them and always kept it in a case. Good thing I got the replacement plan. I just hope it doesn't happen with the replacements.

It works decently without any issues... except the buttons which are kind of hard to press.... it's a really good deal for this price....and most importantly not bulky..

I really like these headphones. Good sound quality and not too much bass. Too bad Skull Candy do not make noise cancelling headphones for the same price range.

The sound is great and battery life is convenient. But the plastic frame sucks. I broke my headphones in a week just from putting them on. A month later the whole frame shattered. I managed to make my own frame and made them clip on headphones.

    Broke in 2 Months

At first I loved these headphones, the sound is great and they seemed great for the money. Unfortunately the plastic around the right ear piece broke in less than 2 months. They stay in a temp controlled office and I wear them only while at work. No stress on the material ever. This should not have happened just going over my head everyday and sitting on the desk. A waste of money.

They have great sound quality however I feel like they sacrificed durability this time to save money. To put it simply the plastic is just cheaper. I bought a pair 2 months later the right side ear support broke. I sent them in only to get a replacement that had a bad battery sent that pair in to have the same thing happen finally just gave up I still have my hesh 2s. I would recommend hesh 2's over hesh 3's any day...

Bought 2 sets w/in 2 weeks, and they both broke w/in 2 weeks in the same area, at the band just above left muff, w/in 7 months. Never buy these *anywhere*. I won't take another chance on Skullcandy. (Sns)

    Broke to easily

Not as great as my previous Sony. However, both broke the same way. My daughter dropped them only a few feet and the bluetooth no longer works. For this price, they shouldn't break so easily. It isn't like they were thrown or handled badly. Just a drop off the desk and now no bluetooth. Not worth it if it can't handle a fall.

Not only did Hesh 3 crack pretty fast and I had no idea why. I picked them up and noticed they were cracked. Plus in mho the sound was very disappointing 1 being the volume was not so loud. I've got to say that when they cracked I was not that upset I was angry. I didn't like them. I honestly believe Hesh 3 was made not to laugh. I think this because I have Hesh 2 and these headphones are sweet. I've had them close to 3 years. Love them! Yet Skull candy discontinued Hesh 2. THE ONES THAT LAST! OH I had Venue too & broke fast also but yet HESH 2 a great pair they discontinued.

    Sounds good, Poor build quality

The sound of these head phones are great but the plastic in the stays for each headphone is to thin or to weak and will break. I have had 1 to all 4 stays break right near the rotating joints. I have returned 2 of these to Skull candy in the last 4 months I have owned them. I will probably pay more in shipping these back to skull candy than I paid for them in the store. All together I have gotten to use them maybe a month while waiting for my replacements to be shipped. I will never purchase another Skull Candy product again.

    Pathetic build quality

The headphones offer you a lot of base but not that great audio quality and noise cancelling overall. What really upset me was the build quality, within a month of buying them the plastics at the junction broke twice. Pathetic might be an understatement for their build quality.

    Broken after a month.

I've had them for less than a month and while the sound quality is decent, I expected better quality construction for the price. I don't have a small head, but I expect my headphones not to snap when I put them on. This is a big problem and it might mean the end of swivel headphones if these companies don't start taking their build quality seriously which they clearly are not.

    Broke and useless

I bought these for my dad in August (2018). About a month later, one side of the headphones had broke (without being) with only normal use. Last week the other side broke and now the headphones are just an ugly paperweight. After the first side broke, we took them back to Best Buy (about 45 days after purchase) and were told they couldn't do anything other than return them to the manufacturer since they (Best Buy) "didn't carry them anymore." My dad was NOT happy and I've had to listen to him gripe constantly ever since. I finally ordered him another pair (Hesh 2).
