Quality good but came with no accessories

No cords or carrying case or instructions. Sound quality is good for music or movies however it was poor for calls. I could hear good but the person on the other end could not. I would love to recieve the accessories instead of returning the headphones. Thanks!

Some country mostly romantic powerful songs and let me tell you when I played Bo hamady raspberry by Queen and her by Johnny Cash it was amazing on those headphones

Too early to judge battery life as brand new.
