Will Not Work Together - Save Your Money

No matter what I do, I cannot get these to pair together with my phone. I have followed the instructions to reset and sync these headphones. Everything appears to work as described but when I try to pair them with my phone, they show up as two devices. Sound only comes from one of the headphones. I have read the instructions, watched YouTube videos, and tried several times but nothing works. These were a total waste of money and I recommend that no one purchase these.
