Unless your phone is in your pocket instead of almost touching the earbuds. In which case they do not work. Not even worth the low price. First Skullcandy purchase I’ve ever been unhappy with.

Frequent disconnects and it is impossible to keep the headphones paired together. Touch controls are awful and are activated by hats, hair, scarf, etc. Do not buy.
