Skullcandy - Indy Evo True
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my honest review of a product I purchased that I couldn't use for a day and was unable to return in time. For this reason, I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone. 1. None of the silicone cushion cover caps fit small ears. must settle with different brands of hats. 2. The rubber sleeves for the earbuds are badly constructed and do not stay secure on the earbuds. 3. Because sleeves shift, it's easy to miss a charge inside the charging box. 4. Who designed the pairing method for this product?! I found it much easier to use earbuds for $10. 5. The Android app offers absolutely no assistance in matching them.

Very good option for the price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good with this pair. This is actually my second pair. The first lasted a couple of years and no longer paired correctly and then lost the ability to reliably charge. In contrast to the earlier pair, it's really helpful these have "handles" to make it easy to remove them from the case. Before I had to shake them out of the case which likely let to the charging issues that occurred. This pair had to be resynced once, but after that no pairing issues whatsoever. The charge lasts a long time and the sound quality is decent, especially for the price. It's only been a few months since I purchased, but they are a noticeable improvement over the earlier model.

Decent headphones.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, they are a fairly good pair of headphones. They sound nice, and the build is nice and sturdy. The fit kit rounds it out pretty well so you get the best out of them. It's also possible to use a single side so it functions well as a plain old bluetooth phone headset as well. The case charges the headphones when you aren't using them and helps to extend the lifespan pretty well. The only hiccups are pairing can be a bit dicey and so too are the various tap gestures.

Great attempt BUT..
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m new to the wireless earbud game and started with these. I was not a fan of the touch controls and could not get the pair to pair to my iPhone. Only one at a time. Other notes, tile app is amazing. I loved that feature even w.o the premium monthly, it is worth it and I love the fir of these. It sucks it didn’t work outbox I love skull candy as a brand, they just don’t emulate the AirPod experience enough to ME as an iPhone user.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent sound and easy to use. Seems to have problems with the buds pairing but they reset quickly when put in charging case. Great bass notes and ambient sound setting that lets you hear conversations around you .

a faint call in the woods
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased these earbuds after my old Skullcandy earbuds gave up. I had been pleased with the old ones so I purchased a new set to replace them. The new ones had trouble pairing and still do. The right earbud will sometimes pair but, has a loud hum in it and has to be returned to the case and recharged or configured before it can be used.

Amazing
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing great product. I have these and I have galaxy buds +. I prefer using my Skullcandy because they are louder and much more comfortable. The sound is great. I have had no pairing or disconnecting issues at all. I will admit at the start I did have some trouble pairing but after I figured out how they were suppose to work I have had no issues at all.

Won’t pair together. Huge!!! Problem
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I got these because of the price. But should have waited and bought a better product. I’ve had these for a little over 2 months. Sound quality is good. Not overly loud which isn’t a bad thing. They fit well in my ear while working out. The main issue with these head phones is having to re pair them to each other every time I go to use them. They will not auto pair. Everyday I have to unpaid from device and reset the evos then pair them together then pair to my phone. This wasn’t the case for the first use. But has been an ongoing problem ever since then. If that didn’t happen would easily rate a 4 or 5 and recommend.

Skullcandy headphones giving me a headache!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones sound great…if you can get them going! While the instructions are clear, when you follow them they do not work for pairing. The rubber piece that is supposed to hold the headphones in place in your ear keeps sliding off. I have a pair of Beats and they have given me no problem. Should have stayed with them!

Good but wish they worked better
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first time I tired these they sounded great and worked well. Since then however I have been having problems pairing the R to L so only one has been working. I have used the troubleshooting guide and countless other recommendations to fixing it but they still will disconnect frequently.

Decent
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these based off good experiences with Skullcandy in the past. The price was fair and the sound good, but I just could not get them to sit comfortably in my (small) ears - even with the multiple included tips and spanners. It also took a bit of time to sync the buds with each other.

Ok for the price….better than what I thought!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds is very good. Pairing is tricky. Need to pair the device to often. It stops suddenly and you will need to “re-pair”again.. other than that it is a very good device. I wish you could locate the device if not found.?

Great but can be finicky
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are great, but I occasionally have difficulty pairing them with certain things. Still haven't figured out how to pair them with my laptop, which should be the easiest thing next to my phone. The options available are fantastic, as well as the app that can help you locate them, but it's a little hard to remember all the commands needed for the various options.

Great but connectivity can be a hassle
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly the sound quality is really good and over build is great but pairing was always kind of a hassle for me when they become un-synced

Earbuds pair individually, causing pairing issues.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds good enough, case is convenient, but I’ve had to wrestle with the buds just to get them to sync. I expect to pair them once every once in a while, but I’ve had to pair them to my phone way to often. Also, the earbuds pair individually, which means that sometimes one bud will connect, and the other wouldn’t which meant I had to go to YouTube to figure it out, which even then wasn’t very intuitive.

Too many issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had these going on 3 months however the issues started before that. First, people always had a hard time hearing me then I guess it just got progressively worse. Initial pairing wasn't the most user friendly and had to be done a few times. And now it's come to the point the left ear bud does not respond to any touch commands. I have tried over and over and over and over, every which way to get it to work. But nope, I am at the end of trying. Sound comes from it, it can connect but other than that it is useless. Oh and before realizing the touch commands didn't work, people would say I sounded far away. My assumption is, although connected, the mic is not working and any sounds people heard were coming from the phone's mic even though the ear bud was connected. It is when I removed it from my bluetooth devices to reconnect it that I realized the touch is not working. On both of them, however, I have always had a hard time handing up. I know the touch pattern, but it just did not respond as such. Overall, these have been nothing but a headache and garbage, sorry to say. For tech purposes, I am using a Google Pixel 3 phone using Android 11. I also could not get both buds to play sound at the same time. It was either one bud or the other even though both were connected. Maybe that was a user error but I followed all instructions. I will be submitting a warranty claim since it is past the return window with Best Buy.

better than corded quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very difficult to pair and pair together. The volume control doesn't work on one of the buds. All the functions are confusing and frustrating but if you can fight through all this nonsense the quality of the sound is incredible!
