They also appreciate the comfortable fit and easy-to-use design. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues, pairing difficulties, and unreliable touch controls. Additionally, a few customers have found the volume to be insufficient and the bass to be overpowering.

These headphones sadly are garbage. Both ear buds will not connect at the same time. I prefer my wired earbuds.

I was very happy with these for the 1st month and a half that I used them. Was getting every bit of the 6 hours without needing to recharge. Then all of a sudden last week they started dying faster and faster. Today I wasn't even getting a full hour without having to charge them. That's after a full night in the charging case. Luckily they have a 2 year warranty. I just have to send them back to Skullcandy and see what they are going to do about them.

If you buy these head phones also purchase the best buy warranty because the headphones will stop connecting to the case and they will stop charging. They will then randomly turn on and connect to you phone. I have used the warranty to return two pairs now.

Went through 3 pairs, had so much trouble getting both buds to charge. One pair wasn't working correctly the day I got them.
