Was great when i first bought it now only one bud works at a time. I suggest spending extra for better buds.

Was not what I expected, it little complicated to adjust and many times the sound doesn't work clear

Bought them for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves them, she can’t express how much she loves them.. Definitely going to purchase another set for my husband.

Ear buds never sync. Only one side works . Not good for running

These headphones work great, unfortunately they didn't work for me, they didn't fit my ears properly.

Left Ear stopped working within 2 weeks of purchase, not under warranty so unable to return only after 2 weeks. Has great overall quality sound but features are more complex than it should be. Also, case went defective after 2 weeks, will charge for 5 seconds then stops charging.

Had a nice fit but did not sync well. Had multiple issues in this regard.

The case was nice, charge time was nice, I really wanted to like them but they just didn't fit comfortably in my ears

They are ok but if the price is cheaper , pairing issues

Great Headphone but after 3 months they would not charge in the case.

They dysnc and the right ear doesnt work anymore (2months of use), the cheaper ones are better an these have some annoying silicone that wraps itself around the ear bud and it is removable...an for what thank goodness I got them on sale. Save your money

Wish it was a little easier to navigate but they work not the worst have one pair at a time working but they ok

My daughter loves these. She doesn’t leave home without them. She loves the bass quality in them.

After trying all of the different sized attachments, the left ear bud would not stay in my ear consistently. These buds become painful to wear after a while. When I was able wear both buds by chance, the seal was so tight that I could feel noticeable pressure. I guess I am one of the few unlucky people that cannot have anything in their ears these days. Hope this helps.

Amazing product; takes some practice to get used to its many features (taps). All in all, it’s a well rounded product, capable of handling an everyday commuter’s tunes.

Setup: ____________________ Setup was slightly complicated, because every time only one of them would pair with my phone, left or right. Then after several attempts to pair of them I came to conclusion that they were “independent”, meaning each of them is standalone. I came to this conclusion because Bluetooth sees both of them as individual items but it connects to only one side at the time. Experience: __________________ My hearing is not the best (not being able to hear same on both sides) and being able to use only one of them at the time is the big minus for me. This one side use sounds like “mono” sound, while using both sides would create “stereo” sound impression. Also very unclear and complicated touch inputs/gestures which I could not figure out to work every time I wanted to use them. I guess positive thing is: 1. if someone want to use one at the time to expend running time, 2. to use them in environments where you must be aware of sounding for safety reasons, 3. if you want to use one for each person, for example when traveling in the car so everyone can listen their own music. For those 3 listed cases this device would be great choice. Design is great and headset it’s the most pleasant headset to “wear” I ever tried. Overview: __________________ Not being able to pair both of them at the same time is the big deal for me. Big enough to be a deal breaker, and with all other good things I mentioned I must stay in neutral zone for the first time ever. Easy to use and can split the connections, I use for running so left ear is my phone for pacing and tracking, right is for training and music connected to my watch.

Great product and performance. Easy to set and start using. Just be sure to set up the Tile finder feature. Easier to find a missing one if you do.
