Best Buy exchanged them which was really great! The new set is working great but the cord is already shredding. Might be good to wrap with electrical tape or something (if you don't mind the look) To ensure they last.

Great budget earphones

The sounds is amazing considering the price and competition. They also withstand sweaty workouts! Only problem with these is that they break easily. Its worth it to pick up the replacement plan.
