Since I didn't get the protection plan, my $20 just went down the drain. :((( the plug in doesn't work really well so i couldn't hear anything from it. Was a waste of my money. Regretted buying an exensive one bc I literally only used it for a little over 2 week!! >:(

Don't last

They so not last long before one ear loses sound. I did follow up with the warranty with one pair, but found it not to be worth the trip me or postage.
