I didn't want to spend too much because he's 13 and will probably lose them. But he actually has taken good care of them and says they sound really good. He had no complaints about them

Good, reliable, cheap.

That being said, the audio quality is pretty good for a cheap Set of earbuds. I have owned 2 pairs of these over the last 2 years, and each has lasted about a year with constant use. Will continue to purchase.

They definitely last longer than iPhone earbuds and are more comfortable. But, I never get more than a year of use before one bud conks out and I have to replace. Thanks to the low price, I don't mind.
