Good for listening not for talking

The package says guaranteed to work with your Apple or Android phone. The package does NOT however say it can control the volume. One click to pause or play, 2 clicks to skip forward, 3 clicks for the previous track. The earbuds are fine and do exactly what they say, but the Best Buy website lied about In Line Volume Control under the Specifications tab.
