These ear buds sound great! Bass is solid and the chord doesn't tangle.

These headphones last 6 months and the sound quality was great and they are were worth it with a good mp3 player with better sound quality than an ipod.

Read my review Before deciding what to buy

I bought these after my smokin' buds broke. Skullcandy obviously tried to make a bargain earphone with the ink'd series, however these are horrible. They do isolate sound moderately, and the sound quality is better than average, however the way these earphones are made is extremely cheap. take a look at where your earphone's cable meets the input metal. there should be a ribbed area that should be about an inch long or so. this ribbed are on the ink'd is about 1 mm. once the ribbed are breaks on these earphones, the cable will move around freely, distorting the audio in one earphone. If you wrap your earphones around your mp3 player, avoid it with these earphone since it will severely damaged the ribbed area. these fall out of your earphones very easily, and also the cables are made from rubbery soft material that can be snipped off or can be ripped open very easily. the bass is mild when you first buy these earphones, so if you enjoy bass, you will have to set the equalizer on your mp3 to bass booster. the part where the cable meets the earphone is extremely small, so you will have to be very careful with this part of the earphone. if you are careful with your earphones and want noise isolating earphones, these are right for you. if you are an avid listener who enjoys air guitar or air drums, these are not for you.

I should have stuck with the original earbuds that came with my mp3. These don't fit in my ears very well. There is absolutely no bass and you can hear the wind coming in through your ears while listening outside. Plus there is nothing but the cord to grab ahold of when you remove them from your ears. Glad I bought them on sale so I'm only out $13

these headphones are AWESOME. I go through like 10 pairs of headphones a year due to blowing the speakers, or just simply losing them, and honestly these are the best ones I have had. I have purchased some $50 Sony's that honestly i don't think sound as good, and for $20 these headphones are a steal, I strongly recommend this product.

They did not sound very good at all when i first purchased them (sounded very tinny). But, when i put them deeper in my ear they sounded great! In my opinion, just as good as the $100 bose. The only problem with them, although not a big deal, is they are like a stethoscope. Any time you touch the wires you can hear them loudly. These were a great buy and i would certainly purchase again!

I have been through a lot of sets of ears phones. These are light, stay in good and have different size plugs. They do a great job of blocking out noise. I use them frequently when doing yard work. Great sound as well.

I bought a pair of these headphones on sale last year, possibly the best purchase i have made so far. I had never used any skullcandy products before this and now i own three of their headphones. Even though i wear them as i go to sleep they still work a year later.

I purchsed these for our 10 yr old son and returned them the same day. They sounded good enough, but even with the three sizes of earbud forms they still did not fit well or stay in. If you have small or hard to fit ears I don't recommend this, if not then this could be for you.

I am an avid skullcandy headphones purchaser, they are the only brand i buy for help to pass time at work or at home as well. Skull candy headphones are reliable and are a decent price among the over priced knock offs.

I choose these because because for some reason they were cheaper than the black ones. The sound is great but as other reviewers have said the cords are stiff so they thump when you move but otherwise they are great headphones.

I lover these headphones. They have great bass! It almost sounds as if your at a concert. If you want the best quality turn the bass and treble up on the equalizer so it looks like a V. (On MP3 player)

I used to work in MP3's in a Best Buy up north, so I know a lot about headphones. Unfortunately, I'm a little tough on electronics, so I tend to need a new set every 2-3 months or so. So when a customer informed me that her son's Ink'd headphones had survived several washings and still worked, I was curious. I bought a pair of gold earbuds (gaudy I know, but I liked them :D) and was instantly amazed. The earbuds survived almost 6 mo without any problem, and even then it was just loosing sound quality a bit. I keep them on hand in case I misplace this pair. As far as this pair goes, I like it. So far my only complaint comes from allergy season; my ears itch so bad! It only took a few days for my ears to get used to the slightly different size of the earbuds. Now I can wear them when I sleep.

Not as good as other Ink'd phones

I've had and used probably a dozen sets of Skullcandy's Ink'D earphones. Initially I was attracted by the low price, then I found that while the sound wasn't fabulous it was pretty good for the price. Then I saw these phones in the store and figured they must be an evolution of the previous line. They had a slightly more substantial speaker piece and flat wires (I always thought their round wires were their main weakness - they tended to break after lengthy use). I am disappointed - the wires aren't any less liable to get tangled up and I haven't been able to get them to fit comfortably in my ears and still get a good sound seal. I believe I'll be going back to the previous model.
