Stopped working after 2 weeks

It would charge fast, the sound was clear, and it didn’t cut out like other headphones that I purchased. After two weeks of usage the headphones would no longer charge. I tried multiple chargers and it was very sporadic when it finally decided to charge. Once it said it had a full charge I used them but the battery only lasted for an hour before they were completely dead.
