INK'D is better than the Powerbeats
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a professional baseball player and these workout Ink'd Skull Candy headphones are way better than the Powerbeats by Dre. I have had both and now I will only get skull candy. Reasons why Skull Candy Ink'd headphones are better: 1) More secure fit (better than Powerbeats) 2) Better sound quality and bass is amazing for these small headphones (better than Powerbeats) 3) Noise cancelling (better than Powerbeats) 4) Answering phone calls and microphone never cuts out while talking to a caller. (Better than Powerbeats) 5) CHEAPER BUT BETTER (Compare spending $150/$200 (Powerbeats) instead of spending $25/$50 (Skull Candy Ink'd) 6) Battery 8hr Life Thank you Skull Candy for the great product!

Not What I was Hoping For
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought two pair of the Skullcandy Ink'd Wireless In-Ear Headphones. I had really high hopes for them, as I am a loyal Skullcandy customer and will only purchase their headphones. I love the design. They are light weight. Can be folded for compact storage. Batter life is good. Audio quality, when there is no interference, is on par with the wired Ink'd headphones. My complaints are the controls and the wireless connection. Controls: I love that you can control everything from the phone, but there has to be an alternative for switching a song by pressing the volume +/- buttons. You have to depress the buttons for entirely too long before the song will switch. Not a deal breaker, but still annoying. I think if you only had to depress the button for a second or so less, it would definitely take care of the problem. Wireless Connection: This drives me absolutely insane. If I so much as lean over my phone while it is laying on my desk, the signal cuts out and the music/call stops. Meanwhile, my extremely cheap external bluetooth speaker that is used at home will keep a signal if the speaker is in the living room and my phone is downstairs on a bed and under blankets and pillows. It is almost useless as a hands-free device because you have to hold the phone in your hand in order for the audio to continue through the headphones and not cut out. You can't put your headphones in your pants pocket or hoodie or backpack. You must leave it on a table surface and uncovered for it to be useful. I can get by with the product, but I am severely disappointed in the quality. I expected much more from Skullcandy. I will either stick with the cheaper wired Ink'd headphones or search elsewhere for a decedent wireless product.

Great Sound but ...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So these have awesome sound and connect very easily - however the 30' range I have to question - I can't even put my phone in my back (or front) pocket and not have interruption and breaking up, and for dang sure you can't walk within 3' and not have issues ... Either I am doing something wrong or range pretty much sucks. The range issue is the only problem with these that's why the low rating. If you have your phone right next to you these are great, comfortable in the ears, comfortable around your neck, awesome sound !!!

Very lightweight, good sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very lightweight set which I like. The band around the back of my neck is very flexible and comfortable. The controls are convenient to reach and easy to use. Sound is good but I prefer a little more bass. These work very well for work because we are only allowed wireless. I will be keeping these.

great sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i have an iPhone 6s first off. the bluetooth connection isnt great. with my phone in my pants pocket it would crackle and pop and skip sound. ive been able to walk all around my home with my phone in my pocket and it stay connected to my beats pill with great sound and connection. the sound on the ear buds are excellent. the sound cancellation is superb as well. i use these when riding on my motorcycle, doing yard work, and listening to music at work. im able to listen to music about 70% turned up while riding on the interstate on my bike with these, whereas, the normal iPhone earbuds i can barely hear the music turned all the way up.

Great sound... not so great connectivity
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these Bluetooth earbuds in hopes of having a more comfortable pair than the Insignia Bluetooth Earbuds. They were fantastic on comfort and they sounded great! The only problem I had (and to me the reason I returned them) was as soon as I put my phone (Samsung GS7 Edge) in my pocket they cut out every few seconds. I like to listen to music when I'm doing yard work, or when I'm walking around the store before we let customers in, but these just couldn't do it. They may be good for someone who wears an armband for their phone, but not for pocket people.

Expectations were not met
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I regret purchasing these headphones. I love Skullcandy products and been a loyal customer for a long time due to the durability, but this particular product not my favorite. At first, was debating from these items to the regular headphones. The pros are: The quality, weight, and style are good. Cons: The interruption of music, cutting off while listening to the music, and the static. All this taking place within days of purchase. I regret not purchasing regular headsets as oppose to these.

Not bad at all
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure why everyone is having connection issues. I just walked 20 feet away from my phone and it was fine(you shouldn't need any more than 20 feet) Now for some reason when i am riding and my phone is in my pocket, I lose connection, but i think that is more my phone than the headphones(i guess i will see in the future) Anyways the sound is pretty good especially for the price, they are also super light and the buttons are easy to find and hit without looking.

Great sound,poor construction
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im on my 3rd pair currently and about to return them.I do use the heavily which may be part of my problem. While the sound is great for me,and the battery life seems wonderful ,with all 3 pairs ive had the same issue(the charging port) i buy new charging cords every so often so this doesnt happen but there always seems to be a pin that works its way loose preventing it from being charged, but overall if your not going to use these all the time and put more wear and tear on the usb,its perfect

Just read the review.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these because I love skullcandys. Always have. Well I love how they hang around the neck and stay in your ears and they are comfortable. Heres the bad. Only had them a few months. They can't go more than 5 feet without cutting out. My right ear buds stopped working which is the ine I always keep in so I thought they just stopped working but the left side still works. The sound is great but its no where near loud enough for me. I will not be buying another pair and from the other reviews I've read about the other types of Bluetooth skullcandys I will not be buying another type either. Super disapointed. Guess thats why they were 50 bucks. Well thats what i paid for them. The calls were excellent though.

Love it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got mine and love it so far! Nice bass ...very important for me! Easy to pair with my S8+...I got other brands prior to this one but end up returning all 3 other products. I tried a Pioneer, Samsung, and Sony. For some reason or another I returned all. This is the winner ...after 2 hours of using I don't even feel it’s around my neck....super lightweight! Well worth it!!!

Lack of interface
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since I walk a lot from home to work and vice versa, I wanted to upgrade my wired Skullcandy Ink'd earbuds to wireless. I saw this wireless earbuds and decided to purchase it. This were perfect until the music started to cut off while I walk, this happened while my phone was in my pocket, is like I was listening to a scratched CD. For me the design and sound of this earbuds are great, but the discomfort of the music cutting off while walking/phone on pocket is a big downfall. I'm tempted to return this and exchange for a different brand.

Absolutely Love Them!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although these are not the sport edition, they have been drenched in sweat with no problems! They don't bounce around...extremely light weight. And most importantly, the sound quality far exceeded my expectations. In fact, I like them so much, I'm considering buying a second pair in a different color to coordinate with clothing....
