Okay, But ...

(In other words the noise cancelling isn't as good as I'd hoped.) The battery life is 8 hours and cuts out without any low battery warning.

Good for low dough

The body is more flexible which is not really a good thing. The older model was better for staying in place around your neck while being active - especially if you are lying on your back. Other than that I have no problems with them. Sound quality is OK for a mid-priced unit.
