    I wore them and was not too rough with them. The button rubber cover started coming off almost immediately. After a couple months it came off altogether. Tried to glue it back on but super glue didn't hold. Warranty probably would have claimed I broke them because they has some scratches. They are not designed well so if I got another the same thing would probably happen. Bought another brand and they are much better built.

    It just literally stopped working one day. Not even 2 months old. Wouldn’t charge or turn on after using it previous day. I’m mad I didn’t purchase a replacement plan but also bummed I had it for such a short time for it to stop working.

    After a week it stopped functioning properly then it quit charging so I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I kept having to 'hard reset' it before it stopped working completely.

    I'm on my second one of these. It's a cheap buy. For some reason the rubber on the volume rocker keeps coming loose. What i like most about these is the neck cradle. it's

    Headphone didn't give notice of calls. If I wasn't looking at cell I no idea an incoming call was in process. Need a more sophisticated system for my use.

    Liked the sound quality over 3 months about 10 times. Now I plug in the micro usb and nothing happens. Tried several different micro usb cables.

    they are ok, but you can hear a lot of noise, so it is very hard to carry on a conversation. but with Covid-19, I haven't had a chance to return them.

      Hi Cass4eb, we apologize for your poor experience with the Ink'd+ wireless earbuds. If you would like to check out the Skullcandy Method Active Noise Cancelling wireless earbuds, they have active firmware in the earbud that cancel outside noise.

    I purchased these to use for work because I work on the phone all day. They work good but they hurt my ears after wearing them for several hours.

    The headphones would have at least been a 4 on initial assessment, but they didn’t even last a year with very mild use so here we are at a 2!

    I had a pair of these about a year ago and beat the hell out of them. They were great even in the rain while I would trail run. One ear stopped working. So I purchased these. Awful!! I've had them 2 weeks and they go from 40% charged to 0% after 1 minute. When they are fully charged they last maybe 30 minutes and die. I'm returning them or throwing them out. Waste of $25.
