Left earpiece goes out

This is my second pair and the ear piece closest to the volume control has went out on both pairs, switching to something different.

Lesson to learn

I guess lesson learn for me is if you will buy this buy an insurance with it.

If you break them within a year of purchase (sometimes 2 years) they will send you a new set free. (Keep your receipt and packaging ...it makes returning easier but receipt not always necessary). Product works well for the price.
