    Sometimes they are difficult to hook into ear. If you don't have the right style it won't fit.

    The volume isn't very loud, at the gym I have to use max volume to hear over the surrounding noise. This is my second pair and the ear piece closest to the volume control has went out on both pairs, switching to something different.

    Bought this item may, didnt use it till july, love the sound and easy pairing but comes November the Left side wont play anymore. I guess lesson learn for me is if you will buy this buy an insurance with it.

    Our family loves Skullcandy products. If you break them within a year of purchase (sometimes 2 years) they will send you a new set free. (Keep your receipt and packaging ...it makes returning easier but receipt not always necessary). Product works well for the price.
