Printer works well but didn't include some items

The instructions that come with it are TERRIBLE. They don't tell you that if you have a Mac computer (like I do), if your Mac OS is up-to-date, it already contains the s/w for the printer IF you are hard wired. I didn't attempt a wireless connection after trying. HP help is WORTHLESS. The GEEK squad explained the Mac connection. I recommend the printer but only if you have a Mac.
