The sound quality is top notch; almost comparable to bose qc ultra. The reason i am giving it a 3 stars is becasue of the constant voice prompt feedback the earbuds give you from switching to noise cancellation, transparency, and off mode. There is no way you can adjust or turn the feature off. Otherwise 5 stars.

Extremely annoying. Tried it on different devices, several resets, software is up to date. Issue remained. Returning them

Would I take them out of my ears They pause what I’m listening to and then restart when I put them back in.
